RightJoin is a voice-first career studio built on a single premise: most people are bad at explaining what they are good at. Rather than asking you to fill in a form, an agent talks to you about work you have already done and keeps probing until a vague responsibility turns into something you can defend in an interview.
The site sets out a four-step loop. You bring raw experience — the launch you rescued, the messy handoff you untangled. The agent interviews you and pushes for context, action and impact. RightJoin then reflects your strengths back, drafts story cards, and converts what you approve into resume, interview and outreach versions. Finally you use the result in the search: publish a private showcase, tune it for specific roles, and only then attach job-search tracking.
Six product surfaces are named. The voice-first studio surfaces accomplishments you had stopped seeing as impressive. An approved private context holds strengths, stories, preferences, target roles and interview concerns, saved only once you approve them. A proof story builder forces messy experience into situation, problem, action, result and what it proves. Reusable assets turn that proof into resume bullets, interview answers, recruiter blurbs, referral copy and LinkedIn text. An interview confidence mode lets you paste a job description, recruiter note or target role and practise out loud against your own story bank. And the product is private by default: showcase links stay off until you choose what to publish.

Two caveats frame all of it. RightJoin is a controlled beta aimed at invited users and early-access testers, and its own terms warn that voice calls, transcript processing, asset generation and integrations may be unavailable or incomplete.
