Roketfy
Roketfy is an AI-powered toolkit built specifically for Etsy sellers, bundling listing scoring, keyword research, product and competitor research, review analysis, print-on-demand design and AI copywriting. A permanent free plan opens access without a card.
What is Roketfy?
Roketfy is a web-based SaaS platform built for a single job: making an Etsy shop sell more. Published by a Turkish company based in Istanbul, it presents itself as an AI-powered sales booster that provides smart tools and real-time data to help Etsy sellers increase their sales, and puts seven modules behind one account. Listing Checker scores an existing listing on price, stock, title, description and images through its Smart Score System, breaks down the content problems it finds, lets the corrections be applied without leaving the screen, and proposes a price derived from the average of comparable products. AI Writer produces titles, descriptions, shop announcements, buyer messages, shop name ideas, shop stories, feedback requests, support replies, review replies and Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook posts, in a claimed 24+ languages, of which English, Spanish, Chinese and Turkish are named. Keyword Research returns volume, competition, unique visitors and historical trends that cross Etsy data with Google data, plus adjacent keyword ideas, a country selector and the top 48, 100 or 500 listings for a term. POD AI covers the print-on-demand chain: 900+ products and suppliers, upscaled AI image generation, Etsy-ready lifestyle mockups and a three-stage Printify quality control running from blank arrival to post-print. Product Research gives estimated daily sales, daily sales data and customisable filters, searchable by category or by keyword. Competitor Analysis splits into Product Detective, Shop Detective and Keyword Detective, returning listing age, shipping country, views, tags, materials, sales, price ranges and a shop's most-used keywords. AI Reviews applies sentiment analysis and topic categorisation, covering packaging, shipping, price, product and returns, to a seller's own reviews or to a competitor's, with reports over twelve months or two weeks. Three free calculators live outside the app: an Etsy fee and profit calculator, a privacy policy generator and an account suspension checker. The paid tiers add a Google Chrome extension. The site claims 30,000+ sellers across 140+ countries, 120,000 products analysed and a rating of 8.9/10, and argues its case against ChatGPT on specialisation rather than raw model power. Scope is the real limit: Etsy is the only live platform, and Shopify is still marked as coming soon.
What it does
- Score an Etsy listing on price, stock, title, description and images, and see which field is dragging it down
- Rewrite titles, descriptions and tags with the AI Writer, then apply the suggestion without leaving the analysis screen
- Research keywords with volume, competition, unique visitors and trend history that crosses Etsy data with Google data
- Work out what to sell, using estimated daily sales, revenue and listing age filtered by category or keyword
- Take a competitor apart shop by shop: product count, total sales, favourites, age, price range and most-used keywords
- Generate a print-on-demand design, upscale it and produce Etsy-ready lifestyle mockups in one pass
- Read customer reviews by topic and sentiment instead of one by one, on your own shop or a rival's
When to use Roketfy / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Roketfy is the right fit.
When to use Roketfy
- Solo Etsy sellers with no SEO background, who need a scored verdict on each listing and a fix they can apply rather than a dashboard to interpret
- Print-on-demand shops, which get design generation, unlimited lifestyle mockups, 900+ products and suppliers and a three-stage Printify quality check in the same place as their SEO copy
- High-volume sellers writing many listings a week, who can push titles, descriptions, tags and social posts through the AI Writer in 24+ languages
- Sellers deciding what to launch next, using estimated daily sales, revenue and listing-age data filtered by category or keyword before committing to stock
- Sellers who watch named Etsy competitors closely and want a shop's product count, total sales, favourites, price range and most-used keywords laid out side by side
When not to use Roketfy
- Sellers working anywhere other than Etsy: Shopify has been flagged as coming soon on the platform selector since collection, and Trendyol survives only in old meta descriptions
- Teams that need to pipe results into their own stack or reporting: there is no public API, no developer documentation and no integration beyond Etsy, Printify and Stripe
- Organisations with a procurement or privacy review to pass, since the site offers no DPA, no subprocessor list, no EU representative and no mention of the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK
- Buyers who must know where their data is hosted before signing, as no hosting country, region or provider is declared anywhere on the site
- Anyone who needs audited or certified marketplace figures: every sales and revenue number Roketfy returns is explicitly an estimate
How to use Roketfy
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Open a free account on app.roketfy.com/signup: an email address is enough and no payment card is requested
- Choose the platform in the selector; Etsy is the only one live, Shopify is announced as coming soon
- Connect your shop, which the AI Reviews module describes as a matter of minutes
- Run the Listing Checker on an existing listing to get its Smart Score and the content problems behind it
- Apply the AI Writer's title, description and tag suggestions straight from the analysis screen
- Re-analyse the listing as often as you like: re-checks are unlimited on every tier, including Free
- Search a term in Keyword Research, choosing the top 48, 100 or 500 results and the country to analyse
- Paste a competitor's shop link, product link or keyword into Competitor Analysis to profile them
- For print-on-demand, pick one of the 900+ products, describe the design you want, then generate the SEO content with the AI Writer
- Install the Google Chrome extension, which ships with the Hobby and Professional tiers
Pros & Cons
Pros
- A genuinely permanent free plan with no card required, opening all seven modules at reduced quotas
- Several quotas are already unlimited on Free: Tag Research, competitor shop and listing analysis, listing re-checks, saved content and the three side tools
- Deliberate Etsy specialisation, with marketplace attributes, tags and listing conventions built into the recommendations rather than bolted on
- The whole print-on-demand chain in one tool, from design to mockup to SEO copy, with a three-stage Printify quality control described explicitly
- Content generation in 24+ languages, which is useful for shops selling into several Etsy markets at once
- The Google Chrome extension is included in both paid tiers at no extra cost
- Announced payment and security hygiene: card data delegated to Stripe, TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, AES 256 at rest, an e-invoice on every payment and a full refund window of 72 hours
Cons
- One marketplace only. Etsy is the sole live platform, Shopify has shown as coming soon since collection with no date attached, and Trendyol appears only in unmaintained meta descriptions
- The terms of use carry visible template residue: the preamble states that we, us and our refer to EtsyHunt Inc, section 9 names eRank, and clause 13 sets the governing law as the laws of us, which designates nothing
- The legal documents contradict each other on minimum age (13 in the privacy policy, 18 in clause 2.2 of the terms) and on refunds (72 hours in the pricing FAQ, no refund for partial periods in clause 5.3, a non-refundable 14-day trial in clause 1.4 of the privacy policy)
- No mention of the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK anywhere, no DPA, no subprocessor list, no EU representative and no declared hosting country or region
- Complete silence on whether customer data trains AI models: no commitment either way and no opt-out documented
- Free-tier quotas are low (3 listing checks, 12 POD images, 12 AI Writer credits, 10 searches a day capped at 10 results, 3 product searches, 25 reviews), and both Free and Hobby cover a single shop
- No public API or developer documentation, no mobile application, all sales figures explicitly estimated, and the displayed prices are promotional rather than standard

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Roketfy handles your data.
GDPR overview
No level of implementation is described. A full-text search of the fourteen archived pages returns no occurrence of GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation or KVKK, Turkey's own data protection law. There is no Article 27 EU representative, no named data protection officer and no dedicated privacy address, support@roketfy.com being the only contact published. No DPA is offered and no subprocessor list exists. The publisher is established in Turkey, a third country under the GDPR, and the privacy policy states Country refers to: Turkey. Transfers are covered only by a generic clause under which consent to the policy counts as agreement to data being moved and held outside the user's jurisdiction. The named GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability do not appear as such; only a general right to deletion is stated. The policy also links to a Free Privacy Policy template article.
Who owns the data?
Roketfy's privacy policy positions the company as the controller of the personal data it collects: email address, first and last name, address, state, province, postcode and city, plus Usage Data gathered automatically. Users keep the right to view, change or delete that data from their account settings or by contacting the publisher, though Roketfy reserves the right to retain records where a legal obligation or another lawful basis applies. Card details never enter Roketfy's own database; Stripe holds them. In a merger, acquisition or asset sale, personal data may be transferred, with prior notice announced. Nothing in the terms claims or assigns ownership of the content the AI produces for you.
Reuse rights
The privacy policy lists the purposes: running and maintaining the service, managing accounts, performing the contract, contacting users by email, phone, SMS or notification, sending offers about similar goods and services on an opt-out basis, handling requests, business transfers, and analysing usage trends and campaign effectiveness. Data may be shared with service providers who monitor and analyse usage, with affiliates, business partners, other users in public areas, in a business transfer, and with consent. Usage Data collected automatically includes IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, timestamps, time spent, device identifiers and diagnostic data. Traffic is announced as encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher, and data at rest with AES 256. Keyword Research states that it collects no shop data because it does not ask for an Etsy API connection. On whether customer data feeds AI model training, the site says nothing at all, in either direction, and offers no opt-out; the terms grant users a licence to use Roketfy's intellectual property but set no rule on reusing the outputs.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
Roketfy declares no hosting location. Searches across the fourteen archived pages return no mention of AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, a data centre or any hosted-in statement. The privacy policy says only that information is processed at the company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located, and that data may be transferred to and kept on computers outside the user's jurisdiction. The company is established in Turkey and the policy states Country refers to: Turkey, which points to Turkish processing without confirming where servers sit. Card data is the one clear case: Stripe holds it, not Roketfy. Encryption is announced as TLS 1.2 or higher in transit and AES 256 at rest. One technical observation, which the site does not make itself: roketfy.com resolves to 172.67.71.13, a Cloudflare anycast node on AS13335. That identifies a CDN front end and says nothing about where application data is stored. Buyers with a data-residency requirement will have to ask directly.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Roketfy.
- The terms of use are a recycled template. The preamble states that we, us and our refer to EtsyHunt Inc, and section 9 mentions eRank, both competing Etsy tools. A contract that names another publisher is difficult to rely on if a dispute ever arises.
- Clause 13 provides that any claim shall be governed by the laws of us, which designates no jurisdiction at all. In practice the applicable law is undefined, and the publisher sits in Turkey while the footer suggests a US entity.
- Two different legal identities appear on the same site: the privacy policy declares ROKETFY E-TİCARET TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ in Şişli, Istanbul, while the footer reads Roketfy, Inc. Check which entity you are actually contracting with before paying.
- The documents contradict each other on the basics. Minimum age is 13 in the privacy policy and 18 in clause 2.2 of the terms; refunds are 72 hours in the pricing FAQ, excluded for partial periods in clause 5.3, and a non-refundable 14-day trial in clause 1.4.
- The tool is sold into a claimed 140+ countries, yet the site never mentions the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK, declares no hosting location, publishes no DPA or subprocessor list, and takes no position on whether customer data trains AI models. There is no way to opt out of something the publisher never describes.
- All sales and revenue figures are explicitly estimates. Treat product research as a signal about demand, not as accounting, and avoid building a stock or launch budget on numbers presented as estimated daily sales.
- Generating titles, descriptions, tags and review replies at volume can flatten a shop's own voice into the same phrasing every competitor using the same tool produces, and habitual reliance erodes the seller's own feel for what their buyers actually respond to. Read the output before publishing it, and keep testing your own wording against it.
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low. Roketfy is a hosted web application on app.roketfy.com with nothing to install: sign up with an email address, no card required, and the seven modules are available immediately. Connecting a shop is described as a matter of minutes, and Keyword Research states that no Etsy API connection is requested, so there are no keys to handle. The research modules run on a keyword or a pasted shop link, with no configuration. The only separate installation is the Google Chrome extension, available from the Hobby tier. No technical prerequisite is stated and no SEO experience is assumed.

Should you pick Roketfy?
Roketfy is a coherent, unusually complete suite aimed at a single sales channel. For an Etsy seller, the seven modules cover almost the full loop: decide what to sell, check the listing, write it, research the keywords, watch the competition and read the reviews that come back. The two most distinctive pieces are POD AI, which folds 900+ print-on-demand products and a three-stage Printify quality control into the same workflow as the SEO content, and AI Reviews, which turns a pile of customer feedback into topics and sentiment. The free plan is real, permanent and card-free, and although its quotas are low, they are enough to judge the output before paying anything. The weaknesses are not functional. They are contractual and documentary. The terms of use are a recycled template that names a competitor as the publisher and sets the governing law as nothing at all; the age and refund rules contradict the privacy policy; the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK are never mentioned; no hosting location is declared; and the site takes no position whatsoever on whether customer data is used to train models. For a solo seller paying by card that matters less than it does for a company with a procurement process, but it should be read before signing. The publisher is young: the first Wayback capture dates from 31 January 2022, and aggregators report USD 470,000 raised in seed funding from APY Ventures. Roketfy is a specialist's tool. It is worth the detour if Etsy is your channel and content production is your bottleneck. Test it thoroughly on the free plan before taking the annual commitment that carries the advertised discount, because the monthly price of the same tier is more than four times higher.
