Who owns the data?
Runable's terms are explicit that you keep ownership of everything you submit — content, data, prompts and materials, collectively "User Content". In exchange you grant Runable a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, store and use that material for three stated purposes only: providing and improving the Services, generating the outputs you request, and maintaining platform functionality, safety and compliance. Ownership of the platform itself runs the other way: the software, branding, interface and underlying systems belong to Runable or its licensors. Exported outputs may be used commercially, but templates and design assets may not be resold, redistributed or offered as standalone products.
Reuse rights
Yes. Outputs you generate are yours to use commercially without asking permission: the terms state that exported work may be used commercially, and that you retain ownership of the inputs you supply. Two limits apply. Templates, layouts and design assets are licensed for use through the Services only, so you may not resell them, redistribute them, or offer them as standalone products or competing services. And you may not use the Services to build or train a competing AI system without written permission. Runable also disclaims any guarantee of originality, accuracy, legality or fitness for purpose, which leaves the duty to check an output before publishing or relying on it with you.
