GDPR overview
There is no GDPR implementation to report. Neither GDPR nor General Data Protection Regulation appears anywhere on the site: not in the Privacy Policy, not in the Terms of Use, not in the page source. No Article 27 EU representative and no data protection officer is named, no data processing agreement is published or offered, and no subprocessor list exists. The only data subject rights set out in detail are American: the California Shine the Light right under Cal. Civ. Code 1798.83, and the Nevada right to opt out of the sale of personal information under NRS 603A. Who owns the data?
