SalesCloser AI
SalesCloser AI deploys voice and video sales agents that run the product demo themselves, sharing a screen, answering objections live and writing straight back to your CRM, in 32 languages, around the clock, from $600 per month.
What is SalesCloser AI?
SalesCloser AI sells conversational sales agents that carry a deal from first touch to the end of the demo call, over the phone, on video and inside the browser. Its pitch is deliberately narrow: rival AI agents book the meeting, this one shows up and runs it. The agent joins the call with its camera on, shares its screen and navigates the product live; if the buyer cuts in on slide two to ask about pricing, it goes to pricing, answers, and comes back to where it left off. The company positions itself explicitly against tools it calls booking engines, Apollo and 11x among them.
Four roles come preconfigured: Demo, the presenter; Discovery, the qualifier; Onboarding, the activator; and Support, the safety net. Each agent is trained on your own knowledge base and objection library, speaks in your brand voice, and writes the call summary, lead status and suggested next step into your CRM as soon as the conversation ends. The vendor claims 32 languages at native-level fluency, availability around the clock including nights, weekends and holidays, and more than 200 integrations; the public app directory lists Slack, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, ClickUp, Airtable, Calendly, ActiveCampaign, Gmail and OpenAI. A documented REST API (v2.0.0) covers agents, knowledge bases, leads, conversations, campaigns and reference data. Setup needs no code: upload the knowledge base, choose a voice, connect the CRM and deploy, in days rather than quarters.
The economic argument runs through every page: roughly 6% of one fully loaded SDR, about $7,200 a year against $120,000. Two interactive calculators on the home page work through headcount cost and the revenue lost to no-show demos, using figures the company attributes to customer call logs from the first half of 2026 rather than to any published study. To its credit, SalesCloser repeats that the product does not replace a sales team: strategy, negotiation and closing stay human, and what the agent takes over is the repetitive part, the qualification, the 9 p.m. inbound, the fourth identical demo of the day. The service is operated by SalesCloser Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of the TSXV-listed SalesCloser Technologies Ltd.
What it does
- Runs the live product demo itself: joins the call, turns the camera on, shares its screen and walks through the product
- Handles objections and pricing questions mid-demo, then picks the walkthrough back up where it left off
- Qualifies and scores inbound leads, with a response time the vendor puts at eleven seconds
- Books, moves and confirms meetings across every time zone
- Writes to the CRM the moment the call ends: summary, lead status and suggested next step
- Sends cold email sequences and follow-ups
- Onboards new customers and absorbs the front-line support queue
When to use SalesCloser AI / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if SalesCloser AI is the right fit.
When to use SalesCloser AI
- SaaS companies whose sales cycle hinges on a live product walkthrough rather than a written proposal
- Inbound teams whose demo requests outrun the calendar capacity of their reps
- Service businesses handling inbound or outbound calls at scale without adding headcount
- Companies selling internationally, since discovery and demos run in languages they do not staff for
- Agencies and resellers, covered by a partner program and by the reseller account clause in the terms of use
When not to use SalesCloser AI
- Solo founders and freelancers: the entry point is $600 per month with a six-month minimum commitment
- Buyers who want to sign up and test alone: there is no self-serve checkout, no free plan and no trial of the product
- Teams hoping to replace their sales force outright, since the vendor itself keeps strategy, negotiation and closing with humans
- Mobile-first users: there is no iOS or Android app, only a web product and a REST API
- Outbound teams with no legal support, as TCPA, FCC, FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule and Do Not Call compliance falls entirely on the customer
How to use SalesCloser AI
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Book the 30-minute walkthrough on the site: there is no self-serve sign-up, and the call is the only way in
- Use that call to have the team build a first agent live, then let it run a demo back at you
- Choose the agent's role, demo, discovery, onboarding or support, or start from a predefined template in the bot builder
- Upload your knowledge base and objection library, and set the brand voice the agent will speak in
- Pick a voice and, if you want one, an avatar
- Set the languages the agent should handle
- Map the agent onto your existing call flows and sales process
- Connect your CRM at sign-in, HubSpot and Pipedrive are named, so call data, transcripts and intent scores flow back
- Deploy and go live: the vendor advertises days rather than quarters, and under six days to a first live demo
- Optionally drive everything from the v2 REST API, with a Bearer token, read scopes and a 60-request-per-minute ceiling
Pros & Cons
Pros
- A capability the category mostly lacks: the agent runs the demo itself instead of only booking it
- Inbound coverage around the clock, with an eleven-second response time claimed in any time zone
- 32 claimed languages, so international discovery does not require hiring local reps
- Go-live in days with no code, the vendor building the first agent during the call, and a documented REST API with scoped tokens for teams that prefer their own stack
- A published entry price of $600 per month, in a category that usually hides behind a quote
- An explicit training opt-out by a single email with no loss of service, and connected CRM data excluded from model training by policy
- SOC 2 Type I in hand with Type II in progress, and a publicly listed operator (TSXV: SCAI) bound by disclosure obligations
Cons
- No self-serve purchase: even the exact price requires a sales call, and no pricing tier is published
- Six-month minimum commitment on the entry plan; committed terms cannot be cancelled, and the balance falls due if you break one
- Prepaid annual subscriptions are non-refundable, with no credit for a partial period or unused service, and non-renewal notice runs to 60 days annually or 30 days monthly
- GDPR is described as an alignment in progress rather than an achieved compliance, with no published data processing agreement, no subprocessor list and no Article 27 representative
- No postal address is published anywhere on the site, and after termination the vendor has no obligation to keep or return your data, which may be deleted irretrievably
- Mandatory confidential arbitration in British Columbia before an arbitrator appointed by SalesCloser, with liability capped at the last twelve months of fees
- The claimed 32 languages and 200+ integrations are never listed publicly, testimonials are anonymized, and the headline performance figures rest on unpublished internal call logs
Pricing & Plans
There is no free plan and no trial of the product. Pricing starts at USD 600 per month, a floor published on the home page and repeated in its FAQ, subject to a six-month minimum commitment stated in a calculator footnote. The vendor projects USD 7,200 per year billed monthly, which it compares to roughly 6% of a fully loaded sales development representative at USD 120,000 a year. The pricing page itself publishes no rate card and directs buyers to a call, where an exact quote is given while the agent is being built. The terms of use describe two contract forms: a committed initial term, or a month-to-month arrangement. The 30-minute discovery call is offered at no cost and without a credit card, as is a sales script generator, but neither constitutes a trial of the product.
- the pricing page carries no rate card and sends every buyer to a call
- where the exact quote is given while the agent is built
- from $600 per month
- with a six-month minimum commitment
- non-cancellable
- renewing automatically for an equal period
- under section 6.0 of the terms of use
- cancellable with 30 days' notice
- cannot be cancelled before the end of the term
- under section 6.2
- provided for in section 6.8 of the terms of use
Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how SalesCloser AI handles your data.
GDPR overview
SalesCloser stops short of claiming GDPR compliance. Its pricing FAQ says the company is SOC 2 Type I compliant, has SOC 2 Type II in progress, and is "actively working toward full GDPR alignment" with third-party security assessors: an alignment under way, not one achieved. Concrete elements do exist. The privacy policy, dated October 2025, names Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework as transfer safeguards, opens a deletion right at abuse@salescloser.ai with an answer promised within a week, and lets you opt out of model training by emailing love@salescloser.ai. The gaps are just as explicit: no Article 27 EU representative, no named data protection officer, no published data processing agreement and no subprocessor list. Governing law is British Columbia, Canada, with confidential arbitration held there.
Who owns the data?
The terms draw a clean line. You keep the rights to the Output your agents generate from your own inputs, while SalesCloser retains every intellectual property right in its software and its AI models, including the improvements drawn from Interaction Data. Signing up also grants the company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license over your name, logo and trademarks so it can identify you as a customer, revocable in writing to privacy@salescloser.ai. Data pulled from a Connected Platform such as HubSpot or Pipedrive stays governed by that platform's own terms. Watch the change-of-control clause: in an acquisition or a bankruptcy, your data travels with the assets, and any acquirer may keep using it under the same policy.
Reuse rights
You may reuse what your agents produce, transcripts, summaries and lead records included, without asking permission and including commercially, since those rights stay with you. On its own side SalesCloser collects browser type, language, referrer and timestamps, the name and email address you register with, personal and financial details for transactions, and the IP address of signed-in users. Conversations, prompts, voice and text transcripts and their metadata form what the policy calls Interaction Data. It is used, on a legitimate interest basis, to improve the performance of the AI systems, to train, fine-tune and evaluate the models, and for analytics, abuse detection and security; personal identifiers are stripped or masked where feasible beforehand. Two limits are written down. Data received from a Connected Platform is never folded into Interaction Data and never used to train the models. And a single email to love@salescloser.ai opts you out of model training, without affecting your access to the service. Personal data is not sold, but it is disclosed to employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, some of them outside your own country, and may be released on subpoena, court order or government request.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
SalesCloser names no data center and no hosting provider. The privacy policy gives a single indication: model training and data processing may take place in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions, under safeguards described as Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework. Nothing narrows that further: no region, no provider, no primary storage location for call recordings and transcripts. The policy also states that contractors and affiliated organizations may sit outside your own country, without naming any of them; there is no published subprocessor list and no data processing agreement on the site. The marketing site itself is served behind Cloudflare on an anycast address, which tells you about content delivery and nothing about where customer data comes to rest. For an EU buyer the practical consequence is that transfers outside the EEA should be assumed, that they rest on contractual safeguards the company mentions but does not publish, and that the contract is governed by the law of British Columbia, Canada.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting SalesCloser AI.
- The advertised price is a floor: the real figure only comes out on a call, and the six-month minimum commitment appears only in a calculator footnote
- Billing terms lock you in: annual prepayments are non-refundable, a committed term cannot be cancelled and its balance falls due if you break it, and non-renewal notice runs to 60 days annually or 30 days monthly
- After termination the vendor has no obligation to keep or return your data, which may be deleted irretrievably, so export transcripts, recordings and CRM records before any exit
- Compliance for automated outbound calling is transferred wholly to you, multi-party consent to record included: a misconfigured campaign is your legal exposure, not the vendor's
- Disputes go to mandatory confidential arbitration in British Columbia, before an arbitrator appointed by SalesCloser, which limits both publicity and recourse
- Treat the marketing numbers with care: the round-the-clock coverage, the 6%-of-an-SDR ratio and the under-six-days figure rest on unpublished internal call logs, and testimonials are anonymized with no link to the reviews
- Handing every first conversation to an agent quietly costs your reps what those calls teach them, objection patterns, hesitation, competitive signal; if no human ever sits in, that feedback loop closes and the team's instinct dulls
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low for the business user. No code is required, and the vendor builds your first agent with you during the 30-minute call. Your work is three steps: pick the agent's role, upload the knowledge base and brand voice, then deploy and connect the CRM. Go-live is advertised in days, with under six days to a first live demo. The API route is a different matter and needs a developer: Bearer token, scopes and a 60-request-per-minute ceiling. The hard part is editorial: the agent is only as good as the knowledge base and objection library you feed it.

Should you pick SalesCloser AI?
SalesCloser AI is one of the rare tools in its category with a claim you can test in a single call: its agent does not just book the demo, it runs it, camera on, screen shared, taking the pricing question on slide two and coming back to the walkthrough. Whether that lands with your buyers is what the 30-minute session is for, since the agent gets built on your own material and then demos back at you.
The commercial model is unapologetic. No self-serve, no free plan, no trial: pricing starts at $600 a month with a six-month minimum, annual prepayments are non-refundable, and committed terms cannot be cancelled. At least the floor is published, which is more than most of the category offers. Everything above it, including the actual quote, happens on the phone.
Where the product is ahead, the legal and privacy apparatus lags. GDPR is described as work in progress rather than achieved, there is no data processing agreement, no subprocessor list, no Article 27 representative and no postal address anywhere on the site. The counterweight is unusual: the operator, SalesCloser Holdings Ltd., is a subsidiary of a TSXV-listed company spun out of Wishpond, so it carries public disclosure obligations, holds SOC 2 Type I with Type II under way, offers a written training opt-out and excludes connected CRM data from model training.
Read the headline numbers as vendor claims rather than findings: the 32 languages and 200+ integrations are never listed, testimonials are anonymized, and the performance figures come from unpublished internal call logs. For a sales team drowning in demo requests it may pay for itself quickly. For a small budget, or for a European buyer with strict procurement, the terms deserve a careful reading first.
