Salesforge
Salesforge is a B2B cold outreach platform that mixes email and LinkedIn steps in one sequence, replaces per-seat pricing with unlimited mailboxes and LinkedIn senders, bundles free mailbox warm-up, and can hand campaigns to an AI SDR.
What is Salesforge?
Salesforge is the sales execution layer of The Forge Stack, the product family published by Salesforge OU in Tallinn, Estonia. Read the name carefully: this is Salesforge, not Salesforce, which appears on the integrations page as a third-party CRM it connects to. The site sums the product up as "the all-in-one cold outreach platform that combines AI, human workflows, and world-class infrastructure".
The central argument is commercial as much as technical: no seat-based pricing. Salesforge claims to be the only platform offering unlimited mailboxes and LinkedIn senders, so adding capacity does not mean adding licences. Around that sits a multichannel sequence builder where email steps, LinkedIn connection requests, messages, InMails, follows and profile views can be chained with conditional branches.
Replies land in Primebox, a unified inbox that catches both email and LinkedIn answers, including when a prospect replies from a different address, and applies sentiment analysis and automatic thread labelling. It is included free with every subscription and has iOS and Android apps.
Agent Frank is the AI SDR. It prospects, writes, follows up and books meetings, either in Auto-Pilot mode without supervision or in Co-Pilot mode where you approve messages before they go out. It offers nine tones, three possible goals, configurable personalisation sources (prospect website, blog posts, LinkedIn activity) and adjustable sending windows. Salesforge describes its behaviour as modelled on the top 1% of sales reps in the sector and trained on a proprietary data lake.
Deliverability gets its own machinery: smart mailbox rotation, dynamic IPs, ESP matching, a Heat Score per mailbox, and unlimited warm-up through Warmforge, which uses a pool of real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes rather than external SMTP. Spintax, a subject line generator and credit-based email verification complete the toolkit.
The ecosystem extends further: Leadsforge for lead search across 500M+ verified B2B contacts, Mailforge for shared sending infrastructure, Infraforge for private infrastructure, Primeforge for Google and Microsoft 365 mailboxes. A public API, an MCP server and a CLI, all Growth Plan only, connect the platform to Claude, Cursor and similar assistants. Agencies get unlimited workspaces and white-label. The publisher claims 10,000+ companies, a 4.6 rating on G2 and SOC 2 Type 2.

When to use Salesforge / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Salesforge is the right fit.
When to use Salesforge
- Solopreneurs and solo founders running their own outbound: the Pro Plan is pitched as perfect for solopreneurs.
- Outreach and lead generation agencies juggling several clients, thanks to unlimited workspaces, white-label and per-workspace reporting.
- Outbound sales teams that need to add senders without adding licences, since mailboxes and LinkedIn senders are not billed per seat.
- Growth teams that want email and LinkedIn covered inside a single sequence, with replies landing in one shared inbox.
- Resellers who want to rebrand the stack under their own name through Salesforge Whitelabel or Infraforge Whitelabel.
When not to use Salesforge
- Anyone under 18: the terms restrict the service to professional users of legal age.
- Teams expecting sending infrastructure in the box: domains and mailboxes are bought separately through Mailforge, Infraforge or Primeforge, or connected from outside.
- Buyers who want to self-serve an AI SDR: Agent Frank is only opened after a demo call with the team, never straight from the pricing page.
- Budget users who still need several LinkedIn senders or seats: the Pro Plan is capped at one LinkedIn sender and one user.
- Anyone shopping for a CRM or an inbound engine: Salesforge plugs into CRMs and handles outbound, it replaces neither.
How to use Salesforge
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account on app.salesforge.ai and start the 14-day trial, no credit card required.
- Connect your mailboxes, whether Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP provider, or buy them through Mailforge, Primeforge or Infraforge.
- Connect your LinkedIn profiles as senders.
- Launch warm-up and allow roughly 14 days before any real sending.
- Import or generate a contact list, then spend validation credits to check the addresses.
- Build the sequence in the drag-and-drop editor, alternating email and LinkedIn steps with conditional branches.
- Handle replies in Primebox, either yourself, in co-pilot or on auto-pilot.
- Read the funnel by channel, by sender and by sequence step.
- For Agent Frank, book the mandatory demo first: a dedicated Account Manager opens the account, you build the Knowledge Base from brochures and documentation, size the infrastructure to your active contact volume, set up prospecting (list upload or continuous ICP prospecting), personalise the agent, then put it to work and monitor it.
- Lean on the included support: personal onboarding on the Growth Plan, live chat, the free certifying Salesforge Academy and the Help Desk.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Pricing is not tied to seats: unlimited mailboxes and unlimited LinkedIn senders on the Growth Plan, so scaling volume does not mean scaling licence count.
- Email and LinkedIn live inside the same sequence, and both channels' replies converge in one unified inbox.
- Premium warm-up is bundled at no extra cost through Warmforge instead of being sold as an add-on.
- The whole chain is available from a single publisher: sending infrastructure, lead search, warm-up and execution.
- Security posture is documented, not just claimed: SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2, CASA Tier 2, a published subprocessor list and an open Trust Center.
- Databases are hosted exclusively within the European Union, and a DPA is offered to EU controller customers.
- A public API, an MCP server and a CLI make the platform automatable, and the 14-day trial needs no credit card, with prices publicly displayed for both human plans.
Cons
- Sending infrastructure is not included: domains and mailboxes are an extra line on the invoice, whether bought from Mailforge, Infraforge and Primeforge or sourced elsewhere.
- The Pro Plan is tightly capped at one LinkedIn sender, one user and 5,000 emails per month.
- API, MCP server, CLI, A/B testing, ESP matching, integrations and multilingual sequences are all Growth Plan only.
- Agent Frank costs 499 USD per month, is billed quarterly or annually, and can only be opened after a demo: no self-serve, no simple monthly price.
- Five separate credit pools (active contacts, emails, personalisation, validation, social actions) make the final cost hard to forecast.
- No postal address, no contact page and no legal notice anywhere on the site; the company name surfaces only in one passing sentence of the terms.
- The legal documents are ageing (privacy policy dated 13 April 2023, terms 5 June 2024), no hosting country is named beyond the EU region, and nothing is published on whether customer data trains AI models or how to opt out.
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanent free plan. Access starts with a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card, after which a paid subscription is needed. All prices are quoted in US dollars, exclusive of VAT and local taxes. The entry point is the Pro Plan at 40.00 USD per month on annual commitment; the same plan billed monthly costs 48 USD per month, which is the "Starting at $48/mo" figure carried by the pricing page title. The Growth Plan follows at 80 USD per month annually, or 96 USD per month billed monthly, annual billing being presented as two months free. Agent Frank is priced separately at 499 USD per month, billed quarterly or annually, with 0.25 USD per contact beyond 2,000 contacts a month and an email infrastructure add-on from 416 USD per month up to 1,000 active contacts. Additional credits are bought inside the application, and sending infrastructure is billed apart: Infraforge from 33 USD per month for 10 mailboxes on annual billing, Megaforge from 69 USD per month for 20. A Forge Expert session costs 500 USD for two one-to-one calls.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Salesforge handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR handling is documented rather than merely asserted. Salesforge describes itself as "a company registered under EU laws", and the privacy policy names the eight rights under Regulation 2016/679: information, access, rectification, restriction, erasure, complaint to a supervisory authority, portability and objection, plus post-mortem instructions. Rights are exercised by support ticket, live chat or email to hey@salesforge.ai, acknowledged within 72 working hours and answered within 30 days; proof of identity may be requested. A DPA is available to EU controller customers on request, then signed electronically. Transfers outside the EU rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and policy changes are notified 14 days ahead. No Article 27 representative is appointed, which is consistent with an EU-established company, and no DPO is named anywhere on the site. The Trust Center tracks GDPR and ISO 27001 alongside SOC 2 and CASA Tier 2.
Who owns the data?
Salesforge's terms are blunt about ownership: "You retain full ownership of Your Data. We do not claim any ownership to any of it." For contact lists and email campaigns the privacy policy makes the customer the data controller and Salesforge only a data processor, meaning the publisher acts on your instructions rather than its own. Contact lists are never sold, rented or shared with third parties, and the same commitment covers SMS opt-in data. Contacts can be pulled back out of the account at any time through an export button. Salesforge does still process list data internally, but only for support, billing and internal statistics.
Reuse rights
Because ownership stays with you, nothing in the terms requires Salesforge's permission before you reuse your own data: lists can be exported from the account at any time and used elsewhere. On the publisher's side, the privacy policy names four legal bases: legitimate interest, performance of the contract, consent and legal obligations. Legitimate interest covers troubleshooting, personalising and improving the service, analysing usage volume, informing you about services and preventing fraud. Contact list data is used only for support, billing and internal statistics, while email validity statuses (bounced, invalid, valid, risky) are reused to improve the in-house validation feature. Open, click and bounce rates on your sequences can be tracked. Newsletters and marketing material require explicit consent, with an unsubscribe link as the opt-out. Three third parties are named: Stripe for payments, Cloudflare Turnstile for form anti-spam and Amazon Web Services for operations. Nowhere on the site does Salesforge state whether customer data is used to train AI models, neither to confirm it nor to rule it out.

Hosting summary
The privacy policy is explicit on jurisdiction: "The host servers on which Salesforge processes and stores its databases are located exclusively within the European Union." No individual country is named, so the guarantee is regional rather than national. Transfers outside the EU can still occur through the third-party tools in the stack, and those are framed by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Amazon Web Services is named in the terms as the operating provider, and the Trust Center publishes a full subprocessor list: Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Fly.io, Chargebee, HubSpot, Slack, Jira, GitHub, Grafana Labs, Sentry, Postman, Figma, Cursor, n8n and Captivate. One caution for anyone checking this technically: the domain is served behind Cloudflare on an anycast IP address, so resolving salesforge.ai says nothing about where the data actually sits. The privacy policy, not the DNS record, is the source here.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Salesforge.
- The price on the pricing cards is the annual-commitment rate. Billed monthly, the Pro Plan is 48 USD instead of 40 and the Growth Plan is 96 instead of 80, a gap that only appears once you switch the billing toggle.
- The subscription is not the budget. Sending infrastructure is bought separately and five credit pools (active contacts, emails, personalisation, validation, social actions) can push the invoice well past the headline plan price.
- Agent Frank cannot be tested or bought without going through a demo, so there is no way to evaluate the AI SDR on your own data before talking to sales.
- LinkedIn automation carries a genuine account-restriction risk. Salesforge says it manages volumes and sending schedules, but the site also states it is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation: the exposure stays with you.
- No postal address, no contact page and no legal notice on the site. The company name, Salesforge OU, appears only in passing in a single sentence of the terms, which is thin ground for a dispute or a data request.
- The privacy policy has not been revised since 13 April 2023 while the product has changed considerably, and nothing anywhere states whether customer data feeds AI model training or whether an opt-out exists.
- Volume outreach invites its own bad habits. A fair-use cap of 99 connected mailboxes per workspace already limits the machine, and an AI SDR on auto-pilot sends in your name without a human reading first: reputational damage compounds faster than replies do.
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Moderate, and the difficulty is not in the app. Signing up is immediate, the 14-day trial needs no card and the sequence editor is drag-and-drop. The real work is email infrastructure: buying domains, creating mailboxes and setting DKIM, DMARC and SPF records, though Mailforge, Primeforge and Infraforge automate the DNS side. Connecting Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailboxes and LinkedIn sender profiles is straightforward. Budget an unavoidable warm-up delay of about 14 days before real sending. Personal onboarding comes with Growth, alongside the free Salesforge Academy, a Help Desk and live chat.

Should you pick Salesforge?
Salesforge is built for one job: high-volume multichannel outbound, with the whole sending chain available from the same publisher. Its structural strength is commercial as much as technical, with no seat-based pricing, unlimited mailboxes and LinkedIn senders on Growth, and premium warm-up bundled rather than upsold. For an agency running several client workspaces, or a growth team that wants email and LinkedIn in one sequence with a single inbox for replies, that model genuinely changes the arithmetic.
The structural reservation is just as clear: the subscription is not the cost. The real budget is the plan, plus sending infrastructure bought separately, plus five distinct credit pools for active contacts, emails, personalisation, validation and social actions. The 40 USD headline is the annual-commitment rate; billed monthly the Pro Plan is 48 USD. Agent Frank sits in another bracket at 499 USD a month, quarterly or annual, and cannot be tried without a demo call.
On governance the picture is mixed but honest. SOC 2 Type 2, CASA Tier 2, EU-only database hosting, a published subprocessor list and an open Trust Center are more than many competitors show. Against that: no postal address, no contact page and no legal notice on the site, a privacy policy untouched since 13 April 2023, and silence on whether customer data ever trains AI models. Behind it stands Salesforge OU, an Estonian company incorporated on 15 June 2023 by three co-founders, credited with a 500,000 USD pre-seed that now survives only in off-site press. Take the 14-day trial, but model the full cost before committing.
