What is scalerX.ai?
scalerX.ai is a platform for creating autonomous RAG agents: generative AI paired with real-time retrieval from a knowledge base you own. Its title tag positions it as a #1 RAG Platform, and the publisher behind it is K2N Labs, Inc., a name that appears only in the home page's structured data and never in the visible text.
The distinctive choice is the channel. Everything happens in Telegram: one-to-one chats, groups and channels. Slack and Microsoft Teams are announced as projects, not delivered. Agents are created by talking to a factory bot, @SynthAIFatherBot, presented as the scalerX.ai RAG-GPT Bot Factory; a public demonstration agent, @scalerX_Guru_bot, is open to anyone, and subscriptions are bought and managed through a separate merchant bot, @scalerx_merchant_bot. The official Telegram channel showed 500 subscribers on 24 August 2026.
Under the hood, the FAQ names OpenAI and Stable Diffusion. Agents handle text, images and voice, work in several languages, and text-to-image generation is included on every tier. Knowledge comes from uploaded files or from automatic synchronisation with Dropbox, Google Drive and scraped web pages. Access is governed by granular ACLs, usage quotas and per-user allow or deny rules, while Group Chat IQ lets an agent decide when and how to answer in a group without being explicitly mentioned. Chat Insights and community sentiment analysis form the analytics layer, and a documented REST API (OpenAPI 3.1.0, 84 endpoints, JWT bearer authentication) exposes the whole thing to developers. White-labelling comes with any paid subscription, while embedding, resale and OEM go through a form. The publisher also runs a utility token, SLXT, on Base, offering staking, protocol incentives and usage-based access to features from a separate dashboard.
Two things stay opaque. The audience figures on the home page (720 agents deployed, 45k automated requests a month, 6k conversations, 92% cost reduction against human agents) are the publisher's own claims, undated and unsourced, as are the testimonials signed by executives at QE.Finance, meshIQ, DeVol Network and Project Bumble. And the site itself is a three-page WordPress brochure: home, privacy policy, terms of use, with no pricing, about or contact page behind it.

GDPR overview
The site never mentions the GDPR. A search across its pages and archived source files returns no occurrence of the regulation, of any data processing agreement, or of any sub-processor list. What the privacy policy does offer, in section 7, is a set of rights introduced by Depending on your location: access and portability, correction and deletion, objection and restriction, and withdrawal of consent. No legal basis is cited and no statutory text is named. Requests go through a Google form; there is no dedicated privacy address, no named data protection officer, and no Article 27 representative in the European Union. Section 9 states only that the publisher operates globally and that data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence. Governing law and jurisdiction are Florida, USA. Both documents were last updated on 25 October 2024. In short: generic rights, and no compliance claimed.
Who owns the data?
Under the Terms of Use, you keep ownership of the content you upload; scalerX.ai receives only a limited licence to use it for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. The privacy policy states that personal information is not sold. It may nonetheless be shared with service providers acting for the publisher, disclosed where the law requires it, and transferred to the acquiring entity in a merger, acquisition or asset sale. Payment details are said not to be stored directly by the publisher, being handled by third-party processors. No sub-processor list is published, so the identity of those providers is not disclosed.
Reuse rights
Your own content stays yours to reuse: the Terms of Use confirm that ownership remains with you and that the licence granted to scalerX.ai is limited to running the service, so nothing restricts what you do with your documents elsewhere. On its side, the publisher declares it uses personal data to provide and improve the service, process payments, send updates and promotional offers, personalise the experience, and meet security and compliance obligations. The data collected includes name, email and contact details, billing data, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and time spent, alongside cookies and tracking technologies left to browser settings. Where you connect a third-party service, Telegram and Slack being the examples given, information may be collected from it as that service's terms and your permissions allow. One silence deserves attention: no published document says whether customer content is used to train models. The FAQ names OpenAI and Stable Diffusion as the underlying models, but training on your data is neither claimed nor excluded, and no opt-out is documented anywhere.

Section 9 of the privacy policy says only that the publisher operates globally and that your information may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ; continued use is treated as consent to that transfer. Section 5 promises reasonable security measures against unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration, cites no certification, and adds frankly that no online platform can be completely secure. No sub-processor list is published, so the providers actually holding the data are not identified. Two observations from our own network checks, which the publisher does not declare: the site sits behind Cloudflare (AS13335, anycast address 172.67.68.60), and the REST API runs on a separate domain, api.scalerx.io. Neither says anything about where data is stored. Buyers with a data residency requirement should assume nothing here and ask before signing.

- One of the five promoted use cases is a health coach that analyses your overall health and advises on exercise and nutrition, offered without any medical disclaimer. Treat its output as conversation, never as clinical advice, and remember that a fluent agent trained on your own files can still be confidently wrong: broadcasting its answers to a whole channel multiplies a single error.
- The SLXT layer carries its own risk. The disclosure states plainly that you can lose some or all of the value of your SLXT, and that scalerX may restrict access to the platform for regulatory, legal or risk reasons.

You need a Telegram account and the app on a phone or desktop; the agent is created by chatting with a factory bot, configured with plain-language instructions rather than flow charts or code, and trained by uploading files or connecting Dropbox or Google Drive.
