Scene
Scene is an AI-driven sales content platform for B2B growth teams. Built by London-based Scene Technologies, it catalogues your existing collateral, researches each prospect, then generates brand-compliant decks, one-pagers and follow-ups shared as trackable links rather than attachments.
What is Scene?
Scene presents itself as the growth engine for B2B sales teams, an AI-driven sales content platform published by Scene Technologies Ltd., an English company incorporated on 24 August 2023 and registered at 11 Charlotte Place, London W1T 1SJ under number 15093585, SIC code 62012. Tomas Vasso signs the October 2025 product newsletter as CEO. The stated principle is that sales teams should stop hand-assembling what the publisher calls Franken-decks: Scene catalogues the material a company already owns, researches the prospect, and builds a personalised output from both.
Five product blocks structure the homepage: personalised assets on demand, an intelligent company blueprint, an AI notetaker, real-time notifications with deal analytics, and brand-compliant design templates. They map onto a five-step path – Train, uploading existing collateral; Build, creating templates for decks, case studies and one-pagers; Generate, pulling prospect detail from call notes and the CRM; Share, through a clean trackable link; and Analyse, seeing who engaged, when and with what. The Company Blueprint is the single reference fed by uploaded documents, and since October 2025 it can be searched and substituted straight from an asset being edited. The Live Notetaker joins calls, captures what matters and returns that context to the blueprint.
Integrations are Zapier, Make and n8n on the Pro plan; HubSpot shipped in October 2025 with a two-way flow, CRM data in, engagement analytics back. Salesforce and Pipedrive are announced as in progress, as are presentations and deal rooms. Two named case studies are published: Another, a global communications agency in Mexico City with 300+ staff, and Yeco, an agency marketplace in West Palm Beach with 10 to 50 staff. The pricing page claims 15k+ professionals. Scene positions itself against digital sales rooms and manual assembly in Docs or PDF, quoting follow-up times in minutes against 30 to 90 minutes and 60 to 120 minutes respectively.
Access is web-only through app.scene.io: no mobile app, no public API. A second line, Scene FollowUp, is presented separately in early access as a smart alternative to deal rooms, with its own agentic multimodal system and its own prices. The product also carries a past: the changelog, the help centre, the themes page and the contact page still describe an AI website builder with a canvas, wireframes, blocks and an AI named Muse, a log that stops at version 1.14.0 on 22 January 2025.
What it does
- Generate a personalised sales asset for each prospect out of collateral the company already owns
- Record calls with an automatic notetaker and turn what was said into reusable context
- Consolidate scattered documents into a single searchable Company Blueprint
- Share through one clean, trackable link instead of an email attachment
- Receive real-time alerts the moment a prospect engages with the content
- Lock brand consistency into templates built from fixed components
- Pull CRM context in and push engagement analytics back out through the HubSpot integration
When to use Scene / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Scene is the right fit.
When to use Scene
- B2B sales teams in mid-market and enterprise companies that send a high volume of post-call follow-ups
- Agencies and marketing platforms whose brand has to stay flawless on every document that leaves the building
- Revenue teams with no dedicated designer, who need decks and one-pagers without a developer or a design queue
- Organisations that want to track how prospects engage with a document instead of sending blind email attachments
- Companies sitting on scattered decks and documents that need consolidating into a single searchable reference
When not to use Scene
- Developer teams that want to build on top of the product: there is no public API and no developer documentation, and custom integrations are reserved for the Enterprise plan
- Mobile-first users: Scene is a web application only, with no iOS and no Android app
- Teams working in a language other than English, since the interface, the help centre and every published page are English-only
- Freelancers and very small businesses: each output is billed 5 USD on top of the plan, and the Enterprise tier starts at 2,999 USD per month
- Buyers who want to evaluate a tool on their own, or who are looking for a CRM or an outbound prospecting engine rather than a sales content tool
How to use Scene
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Book the 15-minute demo on the website: the commercial offer has no self-service signup, and every call to action leads there
- Sign in to the application at app.scene.io once the account is open
- Train: upload all the existing collateral – decks, documents, URLs – and fill in a few basics about the company
- Build: create intelligent templates for the assets most often requested, such as decks, case studies and one-pagers
- Generate: feed in call notes and CRM data to produce an asset built for a given prospect
- Share: collaborate with colleagues, hand a deal over, then send a clean, trackable link
- Analyse: follow the real-time engagement notifications to see who opened what, and when
- Connect Zapier, Make or n8n on Pro, or the native HubSpot integration for two-way CRM sync
- Ask support by email on Pro, or a dedicated partner manager on Enterprise; the help centre sits at help.scene.io
- Upgrade when the plan is outgrown: the FAQ states that upgrades are instant
Pros & Cons
Pros
- The whole chain sits in one tool: notetaker, blueprint, generation, trackable sharing and engagement analytics
- Brand consistency is handled structurally, through locked template components, instead of relying on each rep's discipline
- Prices are published openly, including the 5 USD per-output unit cost, where many tools in this category publish nothing
- Fast time to value is claimed: a few minutes to be operational on Pro, with upgrades described as instant
- The privacy policy names its third parties one by one, with the purpose of each
- The terms recognise customer ownership of uploaded content in plain words, with a licence limited to providing the Service
- Enterprise options are unusual at this level: on-premise infrastructure, self-hosted LLMs, SSO and audits
Cons
- Two incompatible price lists are online at the same time: the pricing page shows 0 and 2,999 USD per month, while the Scene FollowUp page shows 99, 299 and 1,000 USD per month
- Three placeholder pricing blocks in Lorem ipsum, with fictitious 150, 250 and 350 USD plans, are still published on the homepage, the pricing page and the follow-up page
- No public API and no developer documentation, no mobile app, English only, and no self-service signup: every route in runs through a sales demo
- No data processing agreement published or offered, no security certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and no hosting country or region named even though transfer outside the UK is explicitly planned
- No published position on whether customer content is used to train models, and no minimum age of use anywhere in the terms or the privacy policy
- A legacy product is still visible: the contact, themes and changelog pages and the help centre describe an AI website builder, with their own navigation, and the public changelog stopped on 22 January 2025 at version 1.14.0
- Editorial inconsistencies undermine the published figures: the terms page carries the title tag privacy-policy, the Another case study reports 70% on the index and 90% on the detail page, and that same page gives the client's headcount as both 200+ and 300+
Pricing & Plans
A permanently free tier is advertised: the Pro plan is listed at 0 USD per month. It is free in name only, since every output is billed 5 USD in addition, from the first one. The Enterprise plan starts at 2,999 USD per month, likewise plus 5 USD per output, and the FAQ summarises the model as a base fee plus outputs. An optional White-glove template design service is shown at 4,999 USD instead of 9,999 USD, presented as a limited offer for business accounts. All amounts are quoted in US dollars. No free trial and no commitment period are stated, and the terms provide that fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise, billing cycles being specified at the time of purchase. One reservation must be recorded rather than smoothed over: the Scene FollowUp page, covering the early-access product line, publishes an entirely different scale at the same time – Starter at 99 USD per month for 30 follow-ups plus 3.39 USD per extra follow-up, Pro at 299 USD per month for 100 follow-ups plus 2.39 USD, and Scale at 1,000 USD per month for unlimited follow-ups.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Scene handles your data.
GDPR overview
Scene Technologies Ltd. is an English company and places itself under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, not the EU GDPR. The supervisory authority named is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, www.ico.org.uk), and both the applicable law and the courts are those of England and Wales. The privacy policy, effective 27 May 2024, lists the rights available: access, erasure, rectification, portability, information, restriction, objection and complaint. Transfers outside the United Kingdom are expressly contemplated, covered by approved Model Contractual Arrangements. A nominated representative is named, Tomas Vasso, at tomas.vasso@scene.io; this is not an Article 27 EU representative, and no Article 37 data protection officer is appointed. No data processing agreement is published or offered, and no security certification is claimed, although Enterprise mentions SSO, audits and self-hosted LLMs.
Who owns the data?
Scene's terms and conditions state that you retain rights to any content you upload, provide or connect to the Service, including websites, sales collateral, documents and call notes. Submitting content grants Scene Technologies Ltd. a licence to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service: no transfer of ownership, no wider commercial right, no sublicensing announced. Outputs built from that material therefore stay with the customer. Personal data remains under the customer's control through the UK GDPR, the privacy policy in force since 27 May 2024 granting access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, exercised at support@scene.io. Neither document says whether uploaded material may feed AI model training.
Reuse rights
Because the customer keeps ownership of what it uploads and of the assets generated from it, decks, one-pagers and follow-ups produced in Scene can be edited, reused, sent to prospects or published without asking the publisher for permission. The terms impose no attribution and no restriction on commercial reuse; what they forbid is unlawful, infringing or abusive use of the platform itself. On the publisher's side, section 3.2 of the privacy policy lists the categories collected – identity, technical, profile, usage, marketing and communications, interaction, cookies, third-party and analytics data, including the name and reviews attached to Scene's Product Hunt profile. Section 3.4 states that no special categories of personal data are collected, and no criminal offence data. The legal bases invoked are performance of the contract, legitimate interest and legal obligation, with consent reserved for marketing; marketing by email and telephone requires permission and can be stopped at any time through support@scene.io. Section 7.2 names the third parties with access: Amazon Web Services as server, Intercom and Typeform SL for communications, Intercom for customer service, and Google Ireland, Meta Platforms Ireland and LinkedIn Ireland for audience measurement. Google Analytics and Cookiebot, supplied by Usercentrics A/S, set third-party cookies. Automated decision-making and profiling are addressed in section 11, with a right to human intervention. Nowhere does the site say whether customer content is used to train AI models.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
Scene names no hosting country and no region. The privacy policy identifies the server provider in its list of third parties, Amazon Web Services Inc., and stops there. Section 6.1 states that the publisher may transfer collected data to storage outside the United Kingdom, adding that such transfers are covered by approved Model Contractual Arrangements and that the data will be held as safely and securely as it would be within the UK: the United Kingdom appears as a benchmark for the level of protection, not as a declared place of storage. The Enterprise plan offers on-premise infrastructure with self-hosted LLMs, again without saying where. As a network observation and not a vendor statement, the site resolves to 76.223.82.250, announced by AS16509 Amazon.com Inc. on an anycast address geolocated in Seattle, United States. No data processing agreement is published, and the third-party list – AWS, Intercom, Typeform SL, Google Ireland, Meta Platforms Ireland, LinkedIn Ireland – is never described as a subprocessor register or committed to be kept current. Any buyer with a data residency requirement should obtain the hosting location in writing before signing.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Scene.
- Two incompatible price lists are online at once – 0 and 2,999 USD per month on the pricing page, 99, 299 and 1,000 USD per month on the Scene FollowUp page – so budget from a written quote, never from the site
- Placeholder Lorem ipsum pricing blocks with fictitious 150, 250 and 350 USD plans are still live on three pages, including the pricing page itself; the terms page carries the title tag privacy-policy and the privacy policy links to the cookie policy through an empty https:// address, so the legal pages are visibly not proofread
- The 0 USD per month plan produces nothing for free: every output costs 5 USD from the first one, and usage-based billing drifts upward quietly when a whole team starts generating
- The terms let the publisher withdraw or change the service at any time, without telling you and without being legally responsible to you, so plan an export route for the Company Blueprint before it holds anything critical
- No data processing agreement, no security certification and no named hosting country, while transfer outside the UK is explicitly contemplated; there is no published position on model training and no minimum age of use, and the policies carry staggered effective dates, 27 May 2024 for privacy and cookies against 27 May 2025 for the terms
- Two products share the domain without the site ever explaining it, an AI website builder across the contact, themes and changelog pages, the help centre and the @SceneNoCode social handles, alongside the sales content platform; the published metrics do not agree either, 70% against 90% and 200+ against 300+ staff for the same client
- Handing prospect research and follow-up writing to an autonomous engine erodes a rep's own grasp of the account: personalisation nobody has read can misfire in front of a client, an AI notetaker sitting on calls raises a consent question with every participant, and a brand voice locked into templates makes it easy to stop thinking about who is actually being written to
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low for the end user once access is granted. The workflow is upload documents, build templates, generate: no technical skill is announced, and the FAQ puts Pro users up and running in a few minutes, Enterprise in up to five days including onboarding. Automation runs through no-code connectors (Zapier, Make, n8n) and a native HubSpot integration. Two frictions remain: there is no self-service signup, so a sales demo comes first, and Enterprise custom integrations with on-premise infrastructure become a real IT project on the customer's side. A paid White-glove service covers template design if the team lacks the means.

Should you pick Scene?
Scene is a young product: Scene Technologies Ltd. was incorporated in August 2023, and the site shows a pivot during 2025 from an AI website builder towards B2B sales content. What it now assembles is coherent and unusually complete for the bracket – a notetaker that sits on the call, a Company Blueprint that consolidates scattered material, generation of a personalised asset per prospect, trackable sharing and engagement analytics – in one place rather than four subscriptions.
Data governance is candid where it is least contentious, silent where it matters most. The privacy policy names its third parties one by one with the purpose of each, and the terms recognise in plain words that the customer keeps ownership of what it uploads, the licence being limited to providing the Service. Against that: no data processing agreement, no security certification, no named hosting country despite an explicit provision for transfer outside the UK, and no published position on model training. The regime is the UK GDPR under the ICO, not the EU GDPR, and European buyers should not gloss over the difference.
Pricing transparency is real but blurred. Two contradictory scales are online simultaneously, and Lorem ipsum placeholder plans have never been taken down from the pricing page itself. Maturity signals call for the same caution: a changelog frozen since January 2025, legacy pages still live, a second product line in early access.
Scene suits a mid-market or enterprise B2B team that produces follow-ups in volume and needs its brand to hold on every one of them. It suits a freelancer, a developer wanting an API, or anyone hoping to evaluate a tool alone far less, since every route in runs through a sales demo. Ask for the price list, the hosting location and the training policy in writing before signing.
