What is Scōp.ai?
Scōp.ai presents itself as Vision Control for Mac: software that moves the macOS cursor with the user's gaze. The pitch opens on the age of the hardware it wants to replace — "The mouse turns 60 this year, the keyboard is even older. Every input to a computer still requires a deliberate motor command: press, click, or type."
The mechanism described is short. After a 90-second calibration, the cursor follows the gaze: you point by looking, you click by dwelling, and you type with your eyes. Nothing is bought or plugged in, because the FaceTime camera already built into the Mac becomes the input device.

The proposition is strong and easy to read: replace the mouse with the gaze, on a consumer Mac, with no dedicated hardware. The social positioning is explicit — serve first the people that access devices priced at $1,500 to $15,000, and gated behind insurance, leave out. And the mechanism holds together on paper: manual clicks supply labeled samples, the personal model is re-tuned locally each night, and the whole thing is said to run on the Apple Neural Engine.
None of it is verifiable. The product has not shipped, there is no demo, no video, no published measurement and no user account of what the tool actually does. The two weeks in accuracy claim rests on nothing a reader can check.
