Shuffll
Shuffll is an API-first video infrastructure platform that turns structured customer data into personalised video at scale. Banks, loyalty programmes, insurers and real-estate teams plug it into their systems and generate on-brand videos automatically.
What is Shuffll?
Shuffll is a video infrastructure platform built to be called by other software rather than opened by a person. It takes structured customer data — a CRM record, a core banking event, a loyalty balance, a property listing — and returns a finished, on-brand video, without a studio, an editor or a production team.
The platform presents itself as an orchestration layer rather than a generator. Scripting, visuals, voice, overlays and post-production are coordinated inside a single system, and each task is routed to whichever of the 40-plus integrated AI models suits it best. Because that routing sits behind the API, models can be swapped or upgraded without the customer's integration breaking.
Governance is the second pillar. Brand templates, approval logic, permissions, localisation rules and compliance constraints are configured once, then applied automatically to every output — the answer to the obvious objection that generating thousands of videos automatically is also a good way to publish thousands of off-brand ones.
Three steps structure a deployment: define the rules and templates; connect the systems through the API; then let workflow triggers generate and deliver video at scale. Delivery is multi-format (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and, on the loyalty side, multi-channel — email, SMS, WhatsApp and in-app — under the customer's own logo and domain, since the product can run white-label.
Developers get a REST API (version 1.2.0 as of 23 February 2026), webhooks, an embeddable iFrame wizard and a Make.com integration, with Zapier announced. A project is created with a single authenticated POST, and setting toAutoEnhance and toAutoExport lets the whole pipeline run through to a finished MP4 without any further call.
Shuffll targets enterprise teams that own customer engagement: banks and card issuers, loyalty and membership programmes, insurance, fintech and real estate. A dedicated real-estate product, ReelForReal, turns a public Zillow, Realtor.com or MLS listing into a finished reel in under ten minutes. The company claims more than 530,000 personalised videos generated, a 32% lift in conversion and three times more engagement — figures published without any supporting methodology.
What it does
- Generate a distinct personalised video for every customer from structured data
- Trigger video generation automatically from a business event: new listing, CRM update, onboarding step, product change
- Orchestrate more than 40 AI models across scripting, voice, visuals, overlays and post-production
- Apply brand templates, permissions, compliance rules and localisation logic to every output automatically
- Deliver through API and webhooks, or embed the creation wizard directly in your own product via iFrame
- Turn a public Zillow, Realtor.com or MLS listing into a finished property reel in under ten minutes
- Export the same video in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 for Reels, TikTok, YouTube and in-feed placements
When to use Shuffll / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Shuffll is the right fit.
When to use Shuffll
- Enterprise engagement teams at banks and card issuers turning statements, rewards and milestones into personalised video
- Loyalty and membership programme managers who want points, perks and renewals delivered as video their members actually watch
- Product and engineering teams embedding automated video generation inside their own platform, CRM or marketplace
- Estate agents and brokerages that need a finished, on-brand reel from a listing URL without hiring an editor
- Marketing and CRM teams running high-volume lifecycle campaigns with no in-house video production capacity
When not to use Shuffll
- Individuals, freelancers and small businesses: every implementation is custom-quoted, with no self-service sign-up, free plan or trial
- Anyone wanting long-form or cinematic work — the vendor explicitly rules out feature-length productions
- Buyers who need documented compliance before signing: no GDPR statement, no DPA, no subprocessor list and no hosting location are published
- Teams looking for a mobile app: no iOS or Android application exists
- Anyone needing synthetic personas or deepfake-style content, which the acceptable-use policy prohibits outright
How to use Shuffll
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Book a demo or request a quote — there is no self-service sign-up
- Let Shuffll map one high-impact use case and connect a sample of your data; the vendor says first personalised videos usually follow within days
- Define your brand templates, approval logic, permissions and workflow triggers once
- Connect your systems through the API: CRM, core banking, loyalty or marketing platform
- Obtain an API key and issue an authenticated POST to the project creation endpoint with your prompt or structured payload
- Choose your mode: step-by-step calls with status polling for granular control, or toAutoEnhance plus toAutoExport for a hands-off pipeline
- Register a webhook URL so Shuffll notifies your server when the export is ready, instead of polling
- Retrieve the finished MP4 from the returned upload path, or from the webhook payload
- Alternatively, build the workflow without code through the Make.com integration, or embed the creation wizard in your app via iFrame
- For property video, paste a public listing URL, record a voice sample once, and collect the finished reel by email
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Genuine infrastructure approach: public, versioned API documentation, webhooks and an embeddable wizard rather than a closed web tool
- Model-agnostic orchestration means underlying models can evolve without breaking the integration
- Brand and compliance governance is applied automatically to every output, not left to whoever presses render
- Designed for volume, from thousands to a claimed millions of videos
- White-label by design: the customer's logo, domain and customer experience stay in front
- Content ownership is stated clearly in the customer's favour, with no watermarks
- Concrete verticalisation for loyalty, banking and real estate, with a named customer case study
Cons
- No public pricing at all: every implementation is quoted, so there is no way to size the cost before a sales conversation
- Neither a free plan nor a free trial is offered
- The full Terms of Use referenced twice by the API documentation has been removed from the site and no longer resolves
- The published privacy policy is the unedited default WordPress template, describing blog comments rather than the platform
- No GDPR statement, no DPA, no subprocessor list and no hosting country are published anywhere
- The site is mid-rebuild: contact, about and terms pages have been deleted, and the flagship case study still contains Lorem ipsum filler
- Impact figures such as a 32% conversion lift and three times more engagement are asserted with no methodology or source
Pricing & Plans
No pricing is published. Shuffll states that every implementation is custom, built around the customer's stack, workflow and scale, and pricing is presented as volume-based, scaling with output. Every plan is said to include full API integration and onboarding, brand governance, workflow configuration and dedicated support with an SLA, with no hidden fees and no per-module charges. Access is obtained only by booking a demo or requesting a quote. No free plan and no free trial are advertised, and no entry-level price point or currency is disclosed. The only monetary figures shown on the site — 300 to 1,500 US dollars per video — describe the cost of traditional video production in a comparison table, and are not Shuffll's own prices.
Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Shuffll handles your data.
GDPR overview
There is no GDPR mention anywhere on the site. Across every page collected — marketing pages, pricing, the API documentation and its legal pages — the words GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HIPAA do not appear once. Shuffll neither claims compliance nor denies it. The page published at /privacy-policy/ compounds the problem: it is the default WordPress template, still carrying its "Suggested text:" prefixes and describing blog comments, Gravatar and WordPress login cookies. It describes no processing the platform actually performs. No data protection officer is named, no Article 27 EU representative is designated, and no privacy contact address is given. The compliance the site does advertise concerns brand and editorial rules applied to video output, not personal data protection.
Who owns the data?
Shuffll states plainly that customers keep their content. Its legal page says the company does not own what you create, and the ReelForReal FAQ confirms that finished videos belong to the customer, who may post, download and reuse them with no watermark. Listing data submitted to generate a reel is described as used only for that purpose and neither shared nor resold. Beyond those statements, nothing is documented: the full Terms of Use the API documentation points to has been removed from the site, and the published privacy policy is an unedited WordPress template. Who inside Shuffll may access customer data, and under what conditions, is therefore not addressed anywhere.
Reuse rights
Customers may reuse their output freely and without asking permission: videos are theirs to publish, download, share and repurpose across any channel, with no watermark applied. The limits sit on the service rather than the content. The acceptable-use policy prohibits generating deepfakes, fake testimonials or misleading advertising, hateful or harassing material, and anything infringing third-party intellectual property. It also forbids reselling the service or using the API to build a competing video-generation product without explicit approval, and bans scraping, rate-limit evasion and abusive automation. Responsibility for the legality of the finished content rests entirely with the customer.

Hosting summary
Nothing is published about data hosting. Across every page collected there is no mention of a hosting country, a region, a cloud provider, a data centre, encryption, or single sign-on. No governing jurisdiction is stated and no international transfer clause exists, because no real privacy policy exists either. The only observable element is a network fact rather than a vendor statement: the domain resolves behind Cloudflare on an anycast address, and media examples in the API documentation reference a Shuffll CDN hostname. Both describe content delivery, not where customer data is processed or stored — an anycast address identifies the nearest edge node, not a server location. Any organisation with a data residency requirement will have to obtain these answers directly from the vendor, as the site provides none.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Shuffll.
- Personalised video at mass scale can tip into over-solicitation: customers who receive a video for every milestone may feel monitored rather than recognised
- The data feeding it comes from CRM, core banking and loyalty systems — among the most sensitive a company holds — with no published protection commitment
- With no real privacy policy, buyers cannot tell where data is hosted, under which jurisdiction, or how long it is kept
- Whether customer data trains AI models is never addressed, so nothing rules it out and no opt-out is documented
- Automation is marketed as "zero manual work" and "no human in the loop": one bad template propagates silently across thousands of videos
- AI avatars and synthetic voice invite deceptive use; the acceptable-use policy forbids it but cannot technically prevent it
- Depending on a proprietary orchestration layer that routes to unnamed third-party models makes the real supply chain opaque
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Two very different levels. For a developer, the entry point is easy: one authenticated POST creates a project, and setting toAutoEnhance and toAutoExport with a webhook runs the full pipeline in a single call. A no-code route exists through Make.com, and an iFrame embeds the wizard directly. At project level the effort is higher: connecting CRM or core banking data, defining templates, approval logic, permissions and triggers, and clearing internal compliance. Shuffll includes full onboarding, technical setup and a dedicated success team with an SLA, but there is no self-service start — everything begins with a demo and a quote.

Should you pick Shuffll?
Shuffll makes a coherent and unusually disciplined technical promise. The API is public, versioned and properly documented; webhooks, an embeddable wizard and a Make.com integration are real; and the model-agnostic orchestration argument — route each task to the best available model, keep the customer's integration stable — is the right one for a platform meant to sit inside someone else's product. The built-in governance layer answers the obvious risk of automated video at volume, and the verticalisation into loyalty, banking and real estate is concrete rather than decorative.
The gap is everything that surrounds the product. Shuffll asks enterprises to pipe CRM, core banking and loyalty data into its pipeline, yet publishes no privacy policy worth the name: the page at that address is the default WordPress template, still carrying its "Suggested text:" prefixes. GDPR is never mentioned, no DPA is offered, no subprocessor list exists and no hosting location is disclosed. The full Terms of Use its own documentation links to twice has been deleted from the site. For a vendor selling to banks and insurers, that is a striking omission.
The site is also visibly mid-rebuild: contact, about and terms pages have been removed, several URLs quietly serve the homepage, and the flagship case study still shows Lorem ipsum where its narrative should be. Headline figures — 530,000 videos, a 32% conversion lift, three times more engagement — come with no methodology.
The verdict is practical. Shuffll is credible for an enterprise buyer who will run their own contractual due diligence and extract commitments directly from the vendor. It is not a fit for anyone who needs those commitments visible before the first meeting, nor for smaller teams, since there is no self-service entry and no published price.
