The privacy policy names TESTUALIA E-LEARNING SL, tax number B95869269, as controller and claims compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, with consent given at account registration. Rights of access, rectification, erasure, cancellation and objection are listed and exercised through the contact form or by email to testualia@testualia.com, and an identity document may be requested. Because the company is established in Spain, no Article 27 representative is required. Who owns the data?
