ÚčtoMost is a bridge between AI assistants and Czech or Slovak accounting software already installed: POHODA, ABRA Flexi, Money S3, KROS OMEGA, MRP-K/S. It reads data and prepares entries that a human confirms, for accounting firms and businesses.
What is ÚčtoMost?
ÚčtoMost is not another accounting package. It is a security layer between an AI assistant and an accounting database that is already running — in the publisher's own framing, accounting holds the data, AI holds the language, and what was missing is the bridge. The product comes from ChatArchitect s.r.o. in Bratislava, on the Czech site uctomost.cz, with a mirror Slovak version at uctomost.sk.
Five connectors are offered: POHODA (Stormware), ABRA Flexi (cloud plus API access), Money S3, KROS OMEGA and MRP-K/S; the KROS connector additionally covers ALFA plus, Fakturácia and Sklad. For POHODA the publisher advertises 95 MCP tools, 81 data operations, nine accounting domains and one secure endpoint; the KROS connector reaches up to 49 MCP tools for the Fakturácia and Sklad combination across four supported KROS products. On the POHODA side the ground covered runs from invoices and orders, the address book and business partners, bank and cash, the accounting journal, posting templates, cost centres and activities, through to stock and stock movements, VAT and documents, receivables and payables, reports and checks.
There are two ways to use it. The first is as an MCP plugin for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor or an in-house agent; the second is a ready-made chat supplied by ÚčtoMost, which accounting firms can white-label. In neither case does the AI talk to the database directly: it calls scoped MCP tools through an endpoint that verifies identity and permissions, over Streamable HTTP with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE S256. Each connector exposes a single published endpoint on the publisher's .sk domain.
The structuring rule is deliberately asymmetric. Reading is immediate; every write goes through a draft, an explanation of the action and an explicit confirmation, and the KROS connector adds a dry run before anything is sent. Multi-company separation is native: a firm's client sees only their own accounting unit, read-only mode is available, and connections are kept separate per unit. Every request and operation is logged, and the accounting data stays in the original software — ÚčtoMost creates no copy of it. The publisher also states plainly that the solution is independent and is not a product or an official connector of STORMWARE.

How to use ÚčtoMost
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Send a request through the contact form on the home page — name, company, e-mail, phone, profile, accounting software, number of companies, type of solution wanted; there is no self-service sign-up
- Go through a joint check of your environment and permissions with the publisher, and confirm you run a supported version of your accounting software
- Choose the accounting program to connect: POHODA, ABRA Flexi, Money S3, KROS OMEGA or MRP-K/S
- Have the company connected — secure access is opened to one specific accounting unit

A free plan is available. At the time of this review, on 26 August 2026, all three plans are displayed at 0 EUR, and the Vlastní účetnictví plan carries a badge stating that it is free with no time limit. The same pricing card announces a tariff from 2027: 3.90 EUR per user per month plus 0.90 EUR per company per month, which the site itself totals at 4.80 EUR per month for one user and one company. That 4.80 EUR is therefore the lowest announced price point, announced for 2027 and not charged today. The Pro klienta plan carries the same 2027 rate of 3.90 EUR per user plus 0.90 EUR per company per month, and the Pro účetního plan shows no price note at all. The publisher states that prices depend on the accounting program, the connection method and the extent of use, and section 9 of the EULA leaves price, currency, billing period, due date and limits to the individual offer, order or separate contract, with quoted prices understood as exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. The EULA also refers to trial access, without publishing its duration or its conditions. There is no online payment and no checkout: access is obtained through the contact form. Finally, section 11 of the EULA grants every customer a full refund on request within 14 days of payment.

GDPR overview
ÚčtoMost never uses the words GDPR or Regulation 2016/679: there is no explicit compliance claim anywhere on the site. The privacy policy is nevertheless built along GDPR lines. It names the controller (ChatArchitect s.r.o., Bratislava, company ID 54570352), lists the legal bases for each purpose, and sets out data subject rights — access, rectification, erasure within legal limits, restriction, portability where applicable, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, withdrawal of consent — plus the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Requests go through a single channel, info@uctomost.cz, and the publisher may verify the requester's identity in a proportionate way. No data protection officer is named; no Article 27 representative is required, the publisher being established in the EU; and no DPA, standard contractual clauses or named sub-processor list is published.
Who owns the data?
Section 8 of the EULA is explicit: the customer keeps the rights to its own data and content and grants ChatArchitect s.r.o. only the permission needed to process and transmit that data in order to deliver the service. Everything on the other side of the bridge — the ÚčtoMost software, its interfaces, its documentation and its design — remains the property of ChatArchitect s.r.o. or its licensors. The privacy policy adds that accounting data is not intended to form a durable copy of your books inside ÚčtoMost: it passes through only as far as the requested operation requires. What the publisher does keep is the connection configuration, the permissions and the audit metadata — who ran which operation, and when.
Reuse rights
The accounting records remain the customer's own: the terms ask for no reuse licence beyond what is needed to run the service, and the data itself never leaves the source accounting system, where the customer keeps using it without permission from anyone. On the publisher's side, section 4 of the privacy policy lists the purposes: answering an enquiry and commercial contact; opening access, delivering the service, support and customer relationship management; checking permissions, security, abuse prevention and incident handling; accounting, tax and legal obligations; and improving the service on the basis of aggregated or anonymized information. The legal bases cited are the contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and consent where it is required. Section 6 discloses recipients by category only — hosting, infrastructure and security providers, e-mail, support and marketing communication tools, the operators of the accounting systems, the connectors and AI services chosen by the customer, and authorities or advisers where the law requires it — never as a named list. Crucially, if the customer connects an external accounting system or an AI service, the data is transmitted to that provider on the customer's own instruction, and that provider's rules then govern any further processing. On the website itself, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) load only after consent is given, recorded in the uctomost_tracking_consent cookie for 180 days. Neither the terms nor the privacy policy say anything about using customer data to train AI models: the subject is not addressed at all.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
No hosting country and no hosting region is disclosed anywhere on the site. Section 6 of the privacy policy names a generic category only — providers of hosting, infrastructure and security services — without identifying any of them, and no transfer outside the EU and no standard contractual clauses are mentioned. The architecture the publisher claims limits what is hosted in the first place: ÚčtoMost creates no copy of the accounting records, which stay in the original software and pass through only for as long as the requested operation needs. What the publisher does keep is the connection configuration, the permissions and the audit metadata — who ran which operation, and when. Technically, the MCP endpoints are served from subdomains of the publisher's .sk domain and the .cz site sits behind Cloudflare on an anycast address; those are indications about the delivery path, not a statement about where data is hosted. Anyone with a jurisdiction requirement should obtain the hosting location in writing before connecting a production ledger.

- No hosting country or region is disclosed, no DPA is published or offered, and sub-processors are described by category only — an accounting firm that must contract as a processor will have to ask for it.
- The EULA excludes any guaranteed availability level and any warranty of continuous compatibility with every version of the third-party systems, and the POHODA connector is explicitly not an official STORMWARE product.
- The publisher is Slovak (ChatArchitect s.r.o., Bratislava) although the domain is a .cz one: Slovak law and Slovak courts apply. The service is reserved to professionals, no minimum age is published, and the uctomost.cz domain was only registered on 9 July 2026.
- Convenience can quietly erode scrutiny: an assistant that answers instantly about receivables invites you to accept its reading without opening the ledger, and the confirmation step only protects you if you genuinely read the draft before approving it.

Technical difficulty
Two very different levels. With the ready-made chat, no technical skill is required: the publisher handles the setup, the mode aimed at firms and entrepreneurs who want no integration. With the MCP plugin, you need a supported version of your accounting software, an account on a compatible AI client, rights over the target agendas, and some handling inside that client (Developer mode in ChatGPT, Add custom connector in Claude, a remote HTTP server in Cursor). Activation is never self-service, and in Claude Team or Enterprise only an Owner can add a custom connector.
