WisePPC
WisePPC is Amazon PPC software that unifies Amazon Ads and Seller Central data in one analytics workspace, with bulk campaign editing, hourly search-term reporting and 15 months of history loaded on day one.
What is WisePPC?
WisePPC is an Amazon advertising analytics and campaign management platform published by Crystal Logistics Corporation. It connects to Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads, imports campaigns, sales, keywords, targeting metrics and search-term history automatically, and presents them in a single workspace. The company holds Amazon Ads Verified Partner status and works through official integrations, including the Selling Partner API and Amazon's unified Reporting v1 API.
The centre of the product is Unified Report, an OLAP dataset that consolidates what Amazon splits across eight separate reports. Every metric is available at campaign, ad-group, ad, target, placement and search-term level, at hourly, daily, weekly or monthly grain, and any dimension can be pivoted against any other. Because the platform reads Reporting v1 rather than the older endpoints most third-party tools still use, it also exposes the 54 all views attribution metrics Amazon preserved when it changed view-through credit on 1 January 2026, so the old and new methodologies sit side by side on the same row.
History is the second differentiator. Amazon retains 60 to 90 days; WisePPC backfills 15 months of daily history and 15 days of hourly history before a new user first logs in, then stores data indefinitely, even on the entry plan. Year-over-year and seasonal comparisons are therefore possible from the first session.
On the management side, Bulk Actions apply pauses, bid changes and budget changes to thousands of filtered entities at once, while inline editing covers the full hierarchy — portfolios, campaigns, ad groups, ads and targets — without leaving the table. Charts carry up to six metrics at a time, with gradient heatmaps, moving averages and calculated columns such as ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR and ASP.
Seller Analytics extends the platform past advertising: Brand Analytics search-query performance, catalogue competition, halo attribution through the Converted Product view, listing-level sessions and buy-box share, per-product profit after Amazon fees and cost of goods, and a transactions ledger that reconciles to actual payouts.
An optional AI layer connects Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-compatible agent to the account. Suggested bid, budget and negation changes arrive as proposals for human approval inside WisePPC rather than being applied automatically.
What it does
- Analyse Amazon advertising performance down to the individual search term, placement and hour
- Apply bids, budgets, pauses and status changes in bulk across thousands of filtered campaigns and targets
- Consolidate the eight fragmented Amazon reports into a single pivotable dataset
- Keep years of advertising history where Amazon retains only 60 to 90 days
- Read seller-side data: Brand Analytics, listing traffic, per-product profit and a reconcilable transactions ledger
- Question the account in plain language through Claude, ChatGPT or an MCP agent, then approve or reject each proposal
- Run several Amazon accounts and marketplaces from one interface with role-based access
When to use WisePPC / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if WisePPC is the right fit.
When to use WisePPC
- Amazon sellers running Sponsored Products, Brands or Display campaigns who need reporting deeper than the native Amazon Ads console
- Growing brands whose catalogue and ad spend have outgrown spreadsheet reconciliation and manual bid changes
- Agencies and large teams managing several client accounts and marketplaces, with roles and access levels per team member
- Analysts who need hourly granularity down to the search term for dayparting and placement decisions
- Claude or ChatGPT users who want to question their Amazon account in plain language and approve the changes themselves
When not to use WisePPC
- Advertisers working outside Amazon: there is nothing here for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok or a standalone storefront
- Sellers with little or no advertising spend, since the entry plan costs 99 USD a month plus a share of ad spend and no permanent free tier exists
- Anyone looking for a mobile app: no iOS or Android application is offered
- Developers wanting to build on a documented public API, which WisePPC does not publish
- Teams expecting hands-off automation, as AI suggestions arrive as proposals awaiting human approval rather than being applied on their own
How to use WisePPC
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account on the WisePPC application to start the 30-day trial: no credit card and no invite code are required
- Enter your name, phone number, email address and password, and optionally say how you found the product
- Activate the account with the six-digit confirmation code sent by email
- Create a business profile once you are logged in
- Connect your Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts, adding several accounts if you manage more than one
- Assign roles and access levels to the team members who will work in the account
- Wait for the initial import, which takes up to two hours and backfills 15 months of daily and 15 days of hourly history
- Explore keywords, targets, search terms and placements, then drill down through campaigns, ad groups, ads and targets
- Act on what you find: edit bids and budgets inline, or filter and apply bulk changes across many entities at once
- Optionally connect Claude, ChatGPT or an MCP agent, then review the proposal queue and approve, edit or reject each suggestion
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Analytical depth that native Amazon reporting does not offer, combining search term, placement and hour in a single dataset
- Fifteen months of history are loaded before the first login, so trend and seasonality work does not wait for data to accumulate
- History is kept indefinitely, even on the cheapest paid plan, well past Amazon's 60 to 90-day window
- A full 30-day trial with no credit card required, and no per-seat or hidden fees on the paid plans
- Amazon Ads Verified Partner status and official integrations, including the unified Reporting v1 API few competitors have adopted
- The AI layer is optional and non-intrusive: it proposes, the operator approves, and auto-apply is opt-in per feature
- The vendor states explicitly that account data is never used to train models for other customers
Cons
- Strictly Amazon: no other advertising channel or sales platform is covered
- No permanent free plan, and the trial converts automatically to the 99 USD monthly plan unless it is cancelled
- The variable component of 0.01 USD per 1 USD of ad spend means the bill grows in step with the media budget
- No postal address, legal notice page or standalone contact page is published anywhere on the site
- No data processing agreement, no named subprocessor list and no hosting country beyond the phrase "Amazon Cloud"
- Retention is described only as "as long as necessary", with no figure and no purge delay after cancellation
- Several headline capabilities — dynamic repricing, inventory forecasting, the multi-account dashboard — are still marked planned or in progress

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how WisePPC handles your data.
GDPR overview
The privacy policy states in section 9 that the company complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA, and that users in the EU and California hold specific rights. Section 6 lists them: access, correction and deletion, opting out of marketing, restriction of processing and objection to automated decision-making, all exercised by writing to legal@wiseppc.com. Encryption, access controls and data audits are named as safeguards. Beyond that declaration, the usual supporting artefacts are missing: no Article 27 EU representative and no data protection officer are named, no data processing agreement is published or offered, no named subprocessor list exists, no hosting country is given beyond "Amazon Cloud", and no retention period is quantified.
Who owns the data?
The service is operated by Crystal Logistics Corporation. The privacy policy states that the company collects account details, Amazon Advertising API data such as campaign performance, keywords and spend, Amazon Seller data such as listings and sales, usage logs and cookies. It states plainly that it does not sell personal data, but that data may be shared with Amazon to satisfy Advertising API policy, with trusted providers handling cloud hosting, analytics and payment processing, and with authorities where the law requires it. No clause transfers ownership of customer account data to the vendor, and the terms reserve a right to audit usage and compliance with Amazon's API rules.
Reuse rights
The data processed is the customer's own Amazon account data, pulled through official Amazon APIs, and nothing in the terms restricts what the customer may do with the resulting reports. A live CSV export is available so figures can be taken out of the platform and reused elsewhere, and saved table configurations can be shared inside a team. Depending on location, users are told they may access, correct or delete their personal information, opt out of marketing messages, restrict processing or object to automated decision-making, by writing to legal@wiseppc.com. In return, customers remain responsible for their own compliance with Amazon's advertising policies, the GDPR and the CCPA.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
The privacy policy and the terms both state that all user data, including Amazon Ads and Amazon Seller data, is stored and processed in Amazon Cloud. No country and no region are named, so the jurisdiction in which customer data physically sits is not disclosed. The company describes industry-standard safeguards — encryption, secure access controls and data audits — while noting that no system is fully secure and that account credentials remain the user's responsibility. Data may be shared with trusted third parties for cloud hosting, analytics and payment processing, but no named subprocessor list is published. Contractually, the terms are governed by the laws of Delaware in the United States, with disputes resolved by arbitration there. Buyers with data residency requirements will need to ask the vendor directly, because nothing on the site answers the question.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting WisePPC.
- Costs are indexed to advertising spend with no published ceiling, so the invoice rises automatically as the media budget grows
- The 30-day trial converts to the paid plan on its own, and the terms state that fees already paid are non-refundable
- The vendor disclaims any guarantee of results and any liability for financial loss, account suspension or performance changes
- Access can be limited or suspended if Amazon enforces restrictions over API policy, which puts continuity partly outside the vendor's hands
- Turning on auto-apply removes the human from bid and budget decisions, which is precisely where the tool's own safeguard sits
- Years of advertising history accumulate inside a single vendor, and that accumulated value makes leaving progressively harder
- Connecting sales, financial and catalogue accounts to a company that publishes no postal address is a governance decision worth taking deliberately
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low. No code, no deployment and no server configuration are involved. You register, confirm the account with a six-digit code sent by email, create a business profile and authorise the connection to Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads. The initial import then runs by itself and can take up to two hours before the data is ready. The only advanced step is optional: connecting an MCP-compatible AI agent such as Claude or ChatGPT, which also requires a subscription with that provider.

Should you pick WisePPC?
WisePPC is a narrow tool that goes deep. It does one thing — Amazon advertising and seller analytics — and it does it with a level of granularity the native Amazon console does not reach: every metric at every dimension and every grain, hourly data down to the search term, and the 54 all views attribution metrics that most third-party platforms still cannot display. The 15-month backfill delivered before the first login is a genuine practical advantage, because it removes the usual wait for a new reporting platform to accumulate enough history to be useful.
The pricing is honest about what it is. Ninety-nine dollars a month plus one cent per dollar of ad spend scales with the account rather than the seat count, which favours teams and agencies and penalises sellers with modest budgets. The absence of a permanent free plan, and the automatic conversion at the end of the 30-day trial, deserve attention before signing up.
The weaker side is corporate transparency. Crystal Logistics Corporation is named in the terms and privacy policy, and Delaware law governs the contract, but the site publishes no postal address, no legal notice page and no support email. On data governance, the declaration of GDPR and CCPA compliance is not backed by a data processing agreement, a named subprocessor list, a stated hosting country or any retention period. For a platform that ingests a seller's full advertising, sales and financial history, those are gaps a buyer should raise directly before connecting accounts.
For an Amazon-only operator who already spends enough on ads to justify the fee, the analytical value is clear. For anyone with compliance requirements, the paperwork will need to be requested rather than read.
